These Terms govern access to importadoragranmundox.shop and consumer purchases from Importadora Gran Mundo X. They are intended to operate with the product page, checkout information, order confirmation, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced.
The shop trades as Importadora Gran Mundo X. Email: info@importadoragranmundox.shop. The complete legal name and geographical business address must be added to the Legal Notice and pre-contract information before publication. Company and VAT disclosures must be added where applicable.
“Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession. “Goods” means tangible products offered through the shop. “Order” means a request submitted through checkout. “Contract” means the binding sales agreement formed under these Terms. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal operator trading as Importadora Gran Mundo X.
A customer must have legal capacity to enter the contract and authority to use the selected payment method. A person ordering for another must be authorised to provide the delivery and contact information. Products subject to age or other legal restrictions may require verification and will not be supplied where requirements are not met.
The shop may be used only lawfully. Users must not introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, circumvent purchase limits, misuse another identity, make fraudulent payment attempts, scrape the service in a way that impairs it, submit unlawful content or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
Each product page identifies the principal characteristics reasonably available to us. Customers must select the correct variant and review dimensions, materials, compatibility, quantity, care, warnings and included components. Images form part of the presentation but may not reproduce colour exactly. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and natural variation are not faults if the goods remain as described and satisfy statutory standards.
Catalogue availability may change and an item in a basket is not reserved. We may apply genuine purchase limits for scarcity, safety, fraud prevention or fair allocation. If an item becomes unavailable before acceptance, no contract forms for that item and any payment authorisation is released or refunded. If availability fails after acceptance, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate refund unless a lawful alternative is expressly accepted.
Before submission, checkout allows the customer to review products, quantities, delivery information, price and payment method and to correct input errors. The final action is labelled to make the payment obligation clear. Customers should save the order confirmation and these Terms.
Product listings are invitations to place an order rather than binding offers. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms transmission but does not necessarily accept the offer. The contract forms when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or dispatch the goods in circumstances clearly communicating acceptance, whichever occurs first.
The contractual language is the language used at checkout. Required information and confirmation are provided in a form capable of being saved. We may retain the order record for legal and operational purposes but do not promise permanent customer access to every historical webpage.
The final checkout price includes applicable taxes and unavoidable mandatory charges known to us. Standard delivery is free. Optional paid services are presented separately and are not pre-selected where consent is required. Price presentation follows the transparency obligations and unfair-commercial-practice rules in force at the time.
A promotion may have eligibility, product, quantity, territory, account or time conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. A cancelled or refunded item may reduce a threshold-based discount proportionately. We may stop fraudulent use but will not retroactively withdraw a properly earned promotion from an accepted order.
We may correct an obvious and genuine price, quantity or description error before contract formation. If an error is discovered after formation, we will contact the customer and seek a lawful solution rather than unilaterally imposing a higher price. Nothing in this section permits misleading bait pricing or avoidance of a contract merely because the transaction later appears less profitable.
Available methods appear at checkout. The customer authorises the stated amount and any authentication required by the payment provider. Payment may be authorised before acceptance and captured at or after formation. A failed or reversed payment may prevent fulfilment. We do not charge a payment-method fee unless permitted and disclosed.
Orders may be screened using identity, address, transaction and device signals. We may request reasonable verification, refuse an order before acceptance or cancel where fraud makes the contract voidable or performance unlawful. Fraud prevention is not used as a pretext for unlawful discrimination.
We deliver to destinations accepted at checkout. The agreed estimated delivery period is 15–20 days unless a different period is clearly stated and accepted. The Shipping Policy explains fulfilment mechanics, tracking, split shipments, address issues and delays. If delivery is not completed as agreed, statutory remedies remain available.
For consumer contracts, risk generally passes when the consumer or a person identified by the consumer takes physical possession. If the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass when goods are delivered to that carrier. A tracking event alone does not conclusively establish possession.
Ownership remains with us until full payment where permitted. Retention of title does not shift consumer delivery risk early or allow recovery of goods in a way prohibited by law.
Most distance purchases may be cancelled within the statutory period without a reason, subject to exceptions. The Return and Refund Policy contains the complete procedure, deadlines, return-cost rule, refund calculation and model form. This concise cross-reference avoids repeating that operational detail in the contract terms.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known, match their description and comply with applicable statutory terms. Available remedies can include the 30-day short-term right to reject, repair or replacement, and later price reduction or final rejection. The Return and Refund Policy describes the sequence and evidence rules. Any manufacturer or commercial guarantee is additional and does not replace these rights.
Customers must follow supplied instructions, warnings, age limits, installation requirements and maintenance guidance. Goods should not be modified or used for an obviously unsuitable purpose. This does not excuse a pre-existing fault, inadequate warning or unsafe design. Suspected safety issues should be reported and use stopped where continued use could cause harm.
If we or a responsible authority identify a safety issue, we may contact affected customers using order information and provide instructions for return, repair, disposal, software action or replacement. Customers should cooperate with reasonable safety measures. A recall communication is a service and safety message, not marketing.
A user submitting a review confirms that it reflects a genuine experience and is not fake, unlawful, abusive, confidential or rights-infringing. The user grants us a non-exclusive licence to host, format and display the content for shop operation and promotion, subject to applicable law. We may moderate for legitimate reasons but do not promise to publish every submission.
Shop software, design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, logos and compilations are protected by rights belonging to us or licensors. Personal browsing, printing an order record and use necessary to exercise legal rights are permitted. Commercial copying, scraping, republication, adaptation or creation of a confusingly similar shop requires permission unless law provides otherwise.
A link may lead to a service controlled by another operator. Their terms and privacy notice apply to their independent service. A link does not by itself endorse every statement on the destination. This section does not reduce our responsibility for providers engaged by us to perform the sales contract.
The shop may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure or events outside reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted browsing, but an outage does not remove obligations under a contract already formed. Reasonable continuity and recovery steps will be taken according to the circumstances.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely outside reasonable control to the extent the event prevents performance and reasonable mitigation is taken. This does not permit indefinite retention of payment without supply, shift delivery risk contrary to law or remove termination and refund rights that arise from serious delay.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of mandatory consumer rights, mandatory product liability or another matter that cannot lawfully be limited. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if obvious or contemplated when the contract formed.
Goods are supplied for personal consumer use unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible under a consumer contract for business losses that were not within the contract, such as lost profits or business interruption, but this does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
A customer may be asked to provide reasonable evidence or cooperate with a carrier investigation, but is not required to enforce our contractual rights against a warehouse, carrier or manufacturer. We remain responsible for duties the law places on us as trader.
Complaints should be sent to info@importadoragranmundox.shop with the order number, issue, relevant dates and desired outcome. We will review the evidence and law and provide a reasoned response. Where we are required by legislation or contract to participate in an ADR arrangement, the applicable information will be supplied with the complaint outcome.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain mandatory local protections and may normally bring proceedings in the courts of the UK part where they live. Consumers elsewhere retain mandatory rights that a choice-of-law clause cannot remove.
We may transfer the contract as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale if this does not reduce consumer rights. A consumer will be notified where required. The customer may transfer rights where law permits; we may request reasonable evidence of authority before disclosing personal or payment information.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, mandatory law applies in its place and the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible.
The Terms in force when an order is placed govern that order. We may update terms for future use to reflect law, security, technology or operations. A change will not be applied retrospectively to remove an accrued right or impose a new material burden on an existing order without a lawful basis and agreement where required.
